- a production facility with very good technical background and equipment (continuous shot-blasting equipment using cast-iron pellets, a modern environment-friendly paint shop, piercing shears and profiling shears, eccentric press, cutting machines and flame-cutting machines, machining tools, welding machines, cranes, etc.)
We provide:
- removal of scales and corrosion from steel sections by shot-blasting using metal pellets prior to processing
- manufacturing of steel structures, containers, belt conveyors with accessories, platforms, machine parts and other non-standard products
- surface treatment by painting, spraying and heat galvanising
- completion and pre-assembly of component parts in our production facility
We offer:
- consultations with customers during the designing of technological lines directly in our design studio
- processing projects of technological lines for the preparation of aggregates and projects of belt conveyance of bulk materials in order to obtain building permits
- arranging aplications for building permits and licenses for structure locations
- elaboration of engineering projects, electrical projects and basic data for construction projects of technological lines in the field of processing of raw mineral materials and production of building materials
- static analysis of storage containers and steel structures related to preparation work
- steel structure production capacity: 200 t/month
- shot-blasting of steel sections by metal pellets on a machine with an access opening of 460 mm x 995 mm
- production according to your documentation, or according to documentation elaborated by our professionals
